• MORE ON LOADING FROM DISK:
The "Load ALL" function needs to
find two disk files with the same name, one having the
extension ".PCG" and the other ".SNG".
If you get a "No File" error, it could mean
your disk contains no SNG (Song) file.
If the disk contains only a PCG file (Programs, Combinations, and Global),
then
use the "Load 1 CMBI" disk function.
This
Korg Download Link has Factory Program and Song files, Owners Manual, and Reference Guide.
Go to Downloads > Workstations to get
to the X3 page.
Also check our FAQ page "Floppy Disks
in Music Keyboards" explaining how to use Windows
to format a new, HD floppy as an older 720K, double-density disk that's
compatible
with Korg keyboards.
